Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
The Peachtree East ARC works with property owners to:
- ensure plans meet HOA standards and guidelines
- inspect construction for compliance with approved plans and ARC guidelines
- communicate with owners, contractors, etc. on all matters affecting the property
- hear appeals on ARC decisions
- recommend changes of standards and procedures to the Board as required
