If you already have a PayPal account then payment is as simple as clicking the Buy Now button, logging into your PayPal account and completing the payment. If you don’t already have a PayPal account, then you can easily signup for one when you click Buy Now.

The dues for 2022 are $150. The HOA is charged an online processing fee of 3.49% of the transaction amount. This covers any credit card or bank transfer fees. In addition, PayPal charges $0.49 per transaction. The combination of the two is the total PayPal convenience charge that will be passed on to you ($155.93 transaction - $5.44 processing fee - $0.49 transaction fee = $150.00 total payment to the HOA). The HOA does not add any markup to the convenience charge. The transaction fee is not optional. You may continue to pay by physical check if you do not want to pay the $5.93 convenience fee.
